I download the right Express 2013 for Windows Desktop...and runs everything as mentioned...but still fail to compile?

So, assuming I recompile every single time, the only way to get banned is by getting Overwatched? No way of getting VAC as long as I recompile every time I launch the hack & csgo? I've been using Clockworks, but lately I've been reading a lot of good about Poly and I'm looking for confirmation on what I've heard.

Gerassss , I tried all the following instructions but it doesn't work.
I installed the Window visual studio, and followed the instruction.
But the The menu hack comes up, i turn it on the hacks with Hotkeys,
After that it says " Esp Glow/Aimbot is running" But it's not working..
Any help please?

Why the hacks cant use? I used to follow all the steps? and still maintain normal? I complied up to 10times ++ but still not working?
