maybe it hasnt been fixed with a program, maybe someone has finally found out how to open the .rez files and chnage the character looks

No because, when making a body for the player thats not how it works, its like this: when you play you see only your hands, gun, ETC and that is because its a camera angle positioned with the X,Y,Z but they also add a target on the chest, head, feet, and the arms so that way you get kills more better looking, thats why if you shoot a target from long distance and you miss the not so the fact is that you missed the marker on the targets body, Get what I am saying.
I know this stuff for a fact because I am a HTML and Lua Config(scripter) and a bit C++ and C. and ofcourse thats the way you would say it in a former way but in nooby way you would say "Ok theres like hit points on teh body DDDD and some thingys that make it stand and shtuff DD" but for real >.> I think the other way is better >.>

But if you did by chance hack into the rez. file you could actually change the marker point on every player so for example if I were to crack it and get the files I would dele all the other markers and leave the headshot marker and make it big so everytime i hit any part of the body its an instant 1 hit K.O and maby if things on MPGH are going the way they are that will become possible.
