Nobody got scammed , he's getting his money back . The only thing for sure was that he would anyways chargeback . He never accepted to send as family and friends or to write a message in description saying that he will not request any refund (as all my clients have already done) and i was sure he would chargeback . As he eventually did .

He scammed me. I gave him my money true paypal then he INSTANTLY blocked me on skype and deleted me from steam. Thats what he wrote to paypal dispute: From Seller - billy bilakos6/26/2015 13:31 PDT
I was sure that he would chargeback even if i would give him the items . I just kept the money for 10-15 mins to get sure he wouldnt chargeback and i give him my items without getting anything in return . I was right , he did open a dispute and im pretty sure he would open it even if i traded him the items . You're the judges .
