Actually it states LUA files not models textures etc. I have already stated that in the main post and the title

No you idiot, Your decrypting the cache to get shared/client side but your not getting the server side files WHICH you need

This guy is true , so I stealed a community's lua files (addon lua , gamemode lua , etc.) but the lua files is not enough for hosting server I think you need some other files which is I think server sided only and use them with lua to host a server.I need to figure out If there is an option to do that tho.
