Is there a key bind that toggles between Primary and Secondary?

I remember seeing this in Battlefield 3, where I binded my 1 so that it would switch between my primary and secondary.

ie. in CSGO terms, if you had an M4, pressing that key would change to your P2000, vice versa.

I wanted to ask: is there a key bind that toggles between Primary and Secondary?

This would be extremely helpful because my Q always toggles between my Primary and Knife due to how often the knife is used.

The problem is during a gun fight where I need to switch to my secondary, pressing 2 disrupts my movement and pressing Q switches to my knife.

Actually, running with your pistol, unless it is a deagle which you shouldn't be buying in the first place, is not that much slower than running with your knife, plus running with your knife leaves you vulnerable, only pros will actually get a significant advantage.
