Felt like making this to advance the server source base.
First off, idk if all this applies to any of the creepylava bases.

 

This fix does not apply to creepylava bases, as the tps is self managed.
First, navigate to LogicTicker.cs and open it.
Next, find out your computers processor speed. If you don't know, go to computer, and click system properties on the menu bar.

Next, change the "TPS" to the first 2 numbers of your processor. For example, my processor is 1.0, so my tps will be 10. If it's a 3.6Ghz processor, the tps will be 36 and so on.
(You can leave the MsPT alone)
Next, scroll down the file until you come across something called "Discrete Simulation"
Comment out that entire block of code.

Save the file and close it.

 

This fix does not apply to creepylava bases.
Go to NetworkTicker.cs (should be in the same place as LogicTicker.cs)
Comment out both areas as seen in the pic.

Save the file and close.

 

Open Oryx.cs
Scroll down to "EnsurePopulation"
Change the numbers to be the same as in the pic.

Now, scroll down a little farthur until you get to here. Change the float dist as seen in the pic.

This fix prevents a shit load of shit spawning in your realm when nobody is there. (Looking at you, coral snakes)

I can't remember which file but if you do a source search in VS 2015 or sharp develop, and search for "LAGGED!", you'll be able to find a place which will allow you to set the TPS and if it goes below that number, it will send that error
