So you might actually have seen my latest COD project (CoD2: MPGH) which tbh turned out pretty nice (buggy as hell, but nice). However I am looking forward to bring on more free content in order to play COD as it should!
Right now I am focusing on general client patches which will allow some kind of "better" gameplay, next on I will move on with emulating the master server, which is pretty easy to do since it's almost the same as COD2's.

For those who didn't realize it yet, Liberty is a project which will bring to you free Call of Duty 4 MP gameplay in a better way than the usual. Absolutely no CD-Key needed to join a server and/or PB.
Yes without PB there will be lots of cheaters however I am planning to release some kind of "checks" for additional hacks.

Expect for fancy string modifications; I've took time to enable 3rd person view and the external developer console for the game.
Well, will of course post back with further results.

Well hacks and other tools which make use of a program's vulnerability are also against dmca, I don't think modding in general can be against dmca however I won't be releasing this here and tbh I won't even release this as a third party more like an open source

opensource is good idea.
if you will not include any ATVI file, DMCA is fine (I know that, because of my DLC unlocker)

There's no need to include any ATVI files. The patcher is a normal DLL and the server source has nothing to do with ATVI, well expect it behaves like their own master server. Even if I decide to publish the server files, it is still impossible to host a proper master server. Hopefully someone here kind of enough might help me out.
Anyways, the server is done as for the client it is as well, the only problem is that it crashes once you disconnect from a server. (erm probably some conflicts with actual patches I've made on Olly)
EDIT: Well actually it includes the main exe file, however it is not going to be shared here.
