TL;DR
I do not think this ban was fair, and so do many people. This was sparked because of Symmetrical attemping to censor me to justify a permanent ban for scamming on my account.
Then, the reasons were "Staff Disrespect and Advertising", which I will clarify in my post, but for a quick TLDR on how its unjustified and how it is -
Disrespect-
I do admit that I have been very rude to staff but I however this was because of an attempt to get me banned.
Advertising -
Other people get to scream out their sites and ref links without any ban. Theres even people with 3rd-party links with obvious promotion in their signatures, and yes, they are active members. Theres consistent advertising of rival cheat sites in sections, however for some reason I get banned for indirect advertisement.


LONG PART STARTS HERE
TO JUSTIFY MY ADVERTISING BAN -
All I said was - "Theres a starbucks SE on my site, hmu if u want it" and people PMed me.
Although I can C+P some random shitty public method, I'd rather have some decency and format it. I do think that I am in the wrong here for linking my site initally, but why wasn't I give a warning? Or a temporary ban? Or anything to stop me initally, such as how if other people did the same thing, the general terms were to be deleting the post and moving on? Why was I instantly given a ban?

Mentioning of other rival cheat sites -
Irony in this is that theres people literally screaming rival cheat sites in csgo sites, where as I just mentioned it indirectly, no link whatsoever.
For Example, Trollaux's alt is literally named "*******"
Then using MPGH's search systems, searching up "*******" gets you results, EVEN IN THE TITLE. (Use the Title/Search function and you'd get specific threads).
Then, the selling of other cheat providers is allowed (even though they are accounts and its allowed), saying their names doesn't count.
Then, you have people saying "******* BOOSTING"
If they were boosting, they dont have to say the cheat they were using, it clearly means they want to advertise the cheat they were using.
So how come the others aren't banned but I am?
And an anonymous source (He's an FS) talked to me, and had a good point when I was talking to him, saying:
"So the word ******* itself doesn't connect with anything for people who aren't familiar. Besides people who know about CS and shit, the rest just dismiss the fact that it's an actual rival cheat site. When you go in and actually say that you have a site and to PM you about it raises red flags for all the staff members. To them just mentioning that you have a site and are willing to share it in the form of a PM is right up there as advertising"
I do think that source is sort of right, but it still doesn't sit well about how other people are literally advertising a cheat.

My point here is that why do people get to promote rival cheat sites, going to the extent of nearly linking it, is allowed, but why do I get banned for making an offer to PM?


Ref Links/Sites in sigs/threads -
How come people are allowed to post link of ref links to a certain site? Examples -
Frought's signature (Can't tag because lowpost) (Has a ref links, if you hover over the image it has a r= link)

And then there was some other threads posted by a lot of people about the freebitcoin website.

My point here is that how come it's A-OK for people to put referral links in threads to other sites? Or to directly advertise a site in general? Also, if you're going to think that:

Obviously the link I posted was a RESOURCE for a generator, so that doesn't incriminate on any basis if you're going to say that it doesn't pose a threat to MPGH.
Then, there was a post by ripplehd (now deleted) that directly links to another forum. Is he banned? No, he isn't. His post got deleted and he probably got an infraction but that's it.

Symmetrical was obviously trying to land me a permanent ban for scamming, as during the scam report made against me by ennis, he deleted posts about me agreeing to refund Ennis, only until Ennis decided to post directly on the thread after I told him I refunded him on Skype.
So this is obvious justification Symmetrical is clearly abusing his power.

Anyways, Liz, I hope you read at least the TLDR of each parts and what I think makes my ban for advertising unjustified, and that Symmetrical should at least get some form of punishment for attempting to censor posts that would've got me a perma for scamming if it weren't for Ennis.

And to add on to this, Hunter had a very good point about in the sticky aforementioned above of not using other people in terms to defend myself, I still feel like that the term "advertising" is loosely used. In fact the rules needs to be revised as a whole, because there's no solid definition of what "advertising" will come to, but I still do feel that others advertising doesn't really justify it.

The Advertising part of the ban is not accounted for because I purchased banners from arun before.
However, I expect the inital ban for staff disrespect to stay?

I've only enforced the rules upon you when you advertised a "bit****" link, your website link and some others.
You also showed complete disrespect to everyone even before the "attempt to get you banned".
You also appear to be friends with known scammers like MCSELLER and Dead Giveaway.
According to your site, you knew who the scammers were but refuse to report them.
Instead you aided and supported them.
Your site also sold hacks and cheats.. arun probably didn't see that when he agreed to place it in the advertisement slot.
You also tried to attack mpgh by having them go rampant on mpgh.
And in your sales thread, you had a "TOS" that basically says "We have the right to scam you" even though MPGH Overrules every other TOS.
You tried to use that TOS to win the dispute with ennis.

Just because you see other's breaking the rules does not give you permissions to do so.
If you see them breaking the rules, just report them.

And the advertising shouldn't have been a ban. He had bought a banner from Arun many times, the links were approved already.

Regardless, Dave is pretty certain with keeping you banned. He'll have to have final say, which seems pretty final already.
