Mouse Vacuum and hit enemy are not on here and they'd be pretty cool to have on here. I don't know if I checked right so if I missed them can you please point them out.

Don't know what either of these, but there is a mouse swf that makes your character follow your mouse movement instantly for fast movement.

uh wut? You want them to auto-apply instantly so you don't got to rapidly click the load swf button? I lost the source to this program, and have no idea about flash anymore. If there is anything serious enough to update the trainer for I will, but this seems to be an issue you can do your self.
