General
closing all other programs helps, close some useless processes. the usual, it also helps to play with the fraps settings, like only updating the overlay once a second. stuff like that.

With Lag while using FRAPS
Okay i want to make a montage but when i use fraps i lag so bad that i dont get to ply normally and get sweet kills
any suggestions??
yes i have gamebooster and gamegain
XP SP3
up to date directx
ALSO i think they wont record my sound,,,,,,
please help thanks
