Not exactly a black theme, but maybe consider installing f.lux which automatically changes the lighting of your screen to a more orangey/yellowy colour when it gets to night time which is much better for your eyes and can reduce exposure to blue light which can affect your sleep. It might be a very jarring/obvious change but overtime you don't notice it at all.

I have this on my phone (its jailbroken) and it's actually a nice change. You can adjust the level of change so it's not overboard
