They're two COMPLETELY different programs. And to make your renders in Cinema 4D look the best they can be, you'll need PhotoShop.

They are not the same, but you should definitely get them both. Make a render in C4D and work it out in PS if you want to do graphic design.

Yea I'm just gunna get C4d cuz photoshop doesn't look as fun :|
Plus, i'm more into video editing rather than photo editing (like a 60:40 respectively kind of thing )

Well,
if you are serious with this question i'd suggest you not to buy any of these programs, in fact you dont even know what they do...
You can go for some cracks (or torrents) and try the Photoshop 3D version where are both programs kinda together
