Will I get VAC banned?

A few days ago (4 I belive) I went one game with Invincible V'something for 1 game (the old template the white one) before the next CS update came out, I played 1 game, still no VAC ban till this day, my inv is worth $150 so I'm a bit scared of the VAC delay, is there a chance I can still be VAC'd?

Vac bans can be delayed for up to a month... So only time will tell

Game Update =/= Vac update, the cheat is just outdated, also, haha, it was already detected a day ago...

no the hack is detected, if i was you, trade the items. quickly.

I used the one that had the WHITE background not the black one that was detected, I don't remember the version #, anyways I gave my items to another ACC, so how long before i can be sure that my acc will not be VAC'd?
