NX chams - Insert.
Box hack - Numpad 1.
No spread - Numpad 2.
No fog - Numpad 3.
Pickup - Numpad 4.
Draw Gunhack - Numpad 5.
Nametag hack - Numpad 6 (Tried, didn't show up.)
Fly hack - Numpad 7.
Super jump - Numpad 8.
Glitchkey - Numpad 9.
Speedhack - Shift.
Windowed mode - Alt Enter.

Virus scans;

Works for me (Windows XP - 32 bit.)

Some guidelines for how to work;
1) Get the PerX injector,
2) Inject the file manually,
3) Inject the file AFTER hackshield.
4) ???
5) PROFIT!
