Why not tell them about Crossfire? They might know it, or just say it's an FPS game and that it won't open up and that you've tried every way you thought of but you couldn't get it to work.

HGWC basically checks your CF files if they have changed in some sort of way. For example, if you use a .REZ Mod, then HGWC will probably detect it since it isn't the original .REZ file.

xTrap is for checking hacks and any other sort of multi tool that is 'infiltrating' crossfire.

@Hero don't close this just yet. He has one more solution left.
Search "msconfig" and press enter.
Go to boot tab.
Click "safe boot"
Check "Network"
Click apply, then OK.
Restart PC.
Run crossfire.
Now at this point if the x-trap and HGW DOES show, then re-install using safe mode once again (not network), BUT, this time, do not test it IN safe mode.
If they still don't show up, then request for close again, and you will have to bring your PC up to best buy or thingamajig.

I did it leopoldos way.
I just tried to spam f8 when i restarted my PC and nothing seemed to happen.
Nothing popped up.

EDIT: Nevermind, seems like it works now. I'll test this out and tell you the results after words.

1.find the Cf_setup then run it
2.thats all. youve got to wait till its fully patched.

Well,You can check those as you see.
1- Run computer with safe mode or normal ones.
2- Download TuneUpUtilities2012 [Its fully working - I'll give you serial if you needed - Will clean your computer and restore your system]
3- Update your anti virus and scan your pc or with malwarebytes
4- Re-Download Crossfire [Original one from website]
5- Extract cf.
6- Start If you had an error "Its from your windows"
7- Change Windows and do the same steps.
I offer windows xp or 7

If antivirus not opening then there a dangerous virus in your pc so try to take it to company of computer and let him make scan for your pc.

I've made windows 7 but, its need 25mb in (C for full files.
Its was doesn't have a lot of files so internet was always says dns problem and a lot of problems.
I had also the same problem with cf but,I reinstalled it and its worked.
