How to get lower ping + No mouse stuck! (-20) [Win7 and WinXP]

Sow finally i found it out how to get lower ping and no mouse freeze!
1.Open CrossFire
2.Go to some room and join
3.Hold CTRL + ALT and press Delete
4.[WIN7]Choose TASK MANAGER
5.Go to Procces
6.Find crossfire.exe
7.Right click on it and put PRIORITY to LOW

I fixed it, I just needed to click on show processes from all users, and than it let me set it to low, thanks for tut.

Lol if put it to low my fps will be 15 =/ and if i put it to high my fps will be 60
