Yes, all external communication is no longer allowed on MPGH.

You may need to get to 10-15 posts in order to PM someone. However, you can add them using IM and chat with them there instead. Click on the button, bottom left, and that'll open up chat and you can search their username and add them if you wish.

That is because its down at the moment. Please wait for some time or PM the user once you have 15 posts.

Apropos the chat being down, yes if you keep clicking the chat button at any time and it continues to say "Disconnected", more than likely the chat is down and will be fixed as soon as Dave is made aware.
