Maybe that u put a patched feature .Try to remove (No weapon weight - fast knife -C4 (plant/defuse) ) and try again .

i am sure that there is a feature that is not working or had been putted wrong or there is some think wrong in the addyes ........ all what i suggest that u save a copy from the code
and try to remove features from the end until the first .... see what u would do
