duplicate base layer, set the duplicate to hard light.

you can go into the blending options and set the color overlay to overlay and white.

Yeah, it makes the textures much more crisp ingame.

Shit, I never even looked at that. When ever I'd touch it, it would mess up the texture. But thanks, thats really good advice. :]

When you save it as .dtx, a window pops up with save options.

You usually ignore it, right?

this time, look in the top right hand corner of it and find the number "4" in the text field.

replace it with 1.

Then save.

See, the DTX is pretty hires. Idk why its soo blurry. And what the hell is mipmap? lol

Oh, it's also a bit bright.

Not sure if it's just me, but I think the texture's a bit blurry.

Did you set mipmap to 1?

And it's fine for a comeback mod.

Much better than the usual stuff that's released every day.
