Ya I had my debit and credit card stolen a little over a month ago so I figure it's just because of that. Some misunderstanding on their end. I also have a lot of money coming in and out so my purchases are monitored. I've had that issue before. Paypal kinda makes it confusing on how to set it up without violating anything >.>

Yup. Mainly trying to figure out why it was done without my permission and why nearly 3 weeks after. I'm not worried about paying MPGH back. But I am concerned on my banks end. They had no reason to do it.
