    That's only client side. To be able to spawn weapons, you'd have to be a superadmin/owner, set sv_cheats to 1 and then use the give command. But that'd be kind of pointless because you could just use FAdmin/the spawn menu.

    Hey do you know a way to give players weapons?
    I have a sv_cheats 1 bypass, but I've tried the give commands but they don't work. Maybe I'm using the wrong command, thanks.
