if he got the email it means he owns account, but if he doesnt got the email it means he just stole the account and changed password and the owner of the account doesn't know how to recover the account by email

OHH ok, but how can you tell if the account was stolen by the email? O.o

@heythere123 OK, so i logged in my hotmail to check my new messages and at randomly he said me do u want that account? i saw it and i said for fun 10 euros? (it worth more for sure)
then he said um i want zp can u do 10k zp? then that looked suspicious cuz that account worths like 20-25 euros. So the idea of stolen account got in my mind.
So i asked him to tell me the email or show me a proof that email he owns is the same with the account to confirm that the account is not stolen. Ok so, he told me my mpgh info cuz he said he doesn't trust me, and i told him my mpgh profile. Then he said he will report me for something i have not done and he was going to do on me (steal my money), he wanted to give me his main to give him 10k zp.

how did I*Fame try to scam you? tell me the whole story? because he wanted to trade me too
