41 idle is a tad harsh, but considering your specs isn't too awful.
It isn't really necessary to replace it, honestly. You should if you have enough disposable income, honestly. If you have to go out of your way to get it, then don't bother.
Though idle doesn't tell me much. 41 isn't too god for idle, but what do you play exactly? If you play shit from 2006 and the most graphically-intense game you play is CS:GO, then you should be fine. If you push your hardware to the limit and use graphic mods in Metro 2033, you should probably get the fan.
