sorry If I didnt mentioned it before..DTX format is more complicated than atother formats..

Ok so..i open your psd file..so i see why dont let you save to DTX...!
its bcs you didnt finish to edit it comletly..you didnd crop the white space on the lateral part of the image...so the DTX texture cant be saved in another sizes biger then 1024x1024 pixel
