I suggest:
Try to play on dedicated servers and see how that goes.
Try to play private matches and see how that goes.

It might solve the online problem.

Thats a way , one last idea i find , first you know that if yu wh with apps like winject , they still keep some yeah crap files in C:\users\appdata simple remove them

then this may can help ya : go to your steam directory : delete all files (without steamapps ( youre games are in there ) & steam.exe)

start steam.exe ( now steam will download himself , also all files like serverbrowser etc. ) then steam make a short update off all your games , hopefully this help then.
