  1. Oh definitley. How does the voice chat work? Is it similar to TeamSpeak or something of the sort? I'm in. ^^
  2. Haha, yeah, I just sent Dave a msg in MSN saying that I was (because I honestly am) genuinely surprised that no one's trying to challenge me on it. As for the 700 posts in a week I'm not sure what you meant, but I do know that there was one week where it jumped by about 300 so yeah. Considering that the Vindictus Section is really the only one that i USE that should say something :P
But, I'm about to head to bed after I make the wife some lunch, and stuff. If you ever wanna hit me up on voice chat or something then lemme know and I can tell you how to join up the voice server I've got going.
  3. That would be great! I see you keeping a good track record so far. Also 700-1500 post in no less than a week. I'm sure that's enough to show more loyalty/support on MPGH. But let them do their custom rules and policies. I'm sure you'll get it as I see no other more fit to the position.
  4. Not sure man, just waiting on the politics of it I guess :P Dunno. They may wait until I reach five months just for legitimacy issues, or whatnot. I'm just as anxious as you guys man. Can't wait to get this section covered
  5. Man, when are you going to be a minion? XD
  6. Haha not for you! I see that you have Dual Core, 64GB ram.. Server build. Must be a beast although I do not know how gaming effective that build is, I know its a beast!
  7. haha...
Yeah, that's the only downside to running VM's, but they get the job done don't they :P
Glad I could help man. It's not everyday I get a chance to offer a simple solution
  8. Yes sir I have confirmed this, and it does obtain it automatically. Now I know for sure though thanks to your advice. And now I have 3 VM's running Vindi. 2 of the I deleted the adapter settings reconfigured to NAT although it was already configured to NAT anyways. Also I did a MAC change on the VM's as well. They all work fine :3 although my CPU is running at 75% and half my memory is taken :3
  9. No, Just because you set the router to DHCP doesn't mean that the IPV4 address is automatically configured to retrieve it's IP from the router.
You need to go to network settings and adapters, then right click your connection and go to properties, then select (on some systems) advanced, and select the IPV4 hit configure, and make sure it's set to automatically obtain a network address.
  10. Thanks for the help. I do have my router set to DHCP so thats a check. And to my understanding, if my router is DHCP then my PC is set up to automatically obtain the new IP. Also I do have it in NAT. But with NAT my PC becomes a sharing unit for the VMs. So wouldn't that be the cause? AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP :3 One of my chars got banned I think for running dungeons hundreds of times. And if the toon is band, I would have lost at least 20 mill. I know I should have transferred the gold.
  11. You need to enable dhcp on your router, and set all computers, and virtual machines to automatically obtain ip addresses from your router.
You'll also have to go onto each clone, and the master, after you get them all set up, and delete the network adapter (the virtual one inside the VM settings.)
And create a new one for each system using NAT type
If you need anything else, feel free to let me know, and I'll be glad to help you okay
  12. Nice, the game is actually smooth. I am running 2x 5850 Crossfire. Also I increased memory to about 2 gigs per VM so that made a huge difference. Now the game is running fine. Another thing to add, I was planning on doing 2 VMs to farm and my actual PC to farm to so all in all 3 toons farming. But as far as that goes, I cloned my original VM that had Vindictus, idk why but 1 of them would work fine and the other seemed to not respond property. Do I need to change IP or make a whole ne VM? I'm sure its not my system because the CPU is only using 50-80 percent with 2 VMs running and Vindictus open in the background, and 16 GBs RAM should be enough with 8 gigs reserved for VM.
  13. The graphics are bridged between your Host operating system and the client.
I'm not sure if you know what that means, but basically, whatever isn't in use by your main OS is going to be spared for your slave, but even then you need to set the maximum amount of Vram for the graphics in the VM workstation (look under settings.)
Don't expect anything severely GREAT when running in VMware, on a 4870 overclocked ata world record I've only managed to get about 30 steady FPS on lowest settings (of course GPU scaling would prolly make that a higher count if I increase the graphics settings [more usage = more power] so yeah. )
You'll get a steady enough amount to run a bot most of the time, but unless you spent about 200 on your graphics card or have a 6800series ati Radeon then you're going to run at a minimal rate.
  14. Drac. whats up! I have a question. I am running VM Workstation. And I can't seem to make the graphics better. The real question is, how do you run vindictus on VM workstation? I have Windows 7 Home Basic on two VM..
