That's not up to me, that's up to Dave/Arunforce/Liz. However, asking for Staff positions will lower your chances of actually being awarded a Staff position. Also, you should apply when there are applications for a Staff position.

No, I believe your question has been answered twice now: we do not need more members/staff to ban advertisers. If you want to help: sure, just report the advertisements you see. That's the best you can do in order to help us.
