Does the VIP hacks for Combat Arms spam like the public one?

I need help on how to down load hacks and hwo to get them into the game...

ok so when i download the hack in vista and i try to open it to extract it says windows cannot read this file can you please tell me exactly how to hack using vista? i just got it 2 days ago

Hey, i have a problem with combat arms.

I downloaded the hack, then i followed everything in the instructions

Then i launched ocmbat arms, a window poped oout, says "Your login supplied is invalid, Please register on MPGH and edit your ini file with a text editor so you can use our hack"

I checked my username and password, everything is fine, then i launched combat arms again, samething poped out.

Can you help me?

Btw i took out the hack and run combat arms normally it works fine.
