I'm working on modding pb, the only way to pass through the file check is to edit the modded file's date, size and crc32, which is possible but not efficient. In the past i've already made an unpacker for an other game called "Soldier Front" (search on google: "feartec sff unpacker"). I'm going to find out the whole i3 structure but it will cost me some time. Let you know more
