I was just surfing through funny pictures and found it.
I think it seemed to match who i was because i was really mad.
(Like a girl on her period)
So first off you find the picture you want (You can check funnyjunk (Google it))
Then from there, right click > save picture as....
then save it to your desktop
Go to User Pc in MPGH on the top and then click Edit Avatar
upload the pic you downloaded. if the picture you want can't be used then you have to make it smaller
from there, you can upload your picture to tinypic.com and change the resize setting to something you'd like
and then you can upload it as a smaller size, save the new picture from tinypic.com (same picture, different size)
then upload it once more

xD btw at 50 posts = member and @ 100 posts = advanced member
