Well that strongly depends on the 'stuff' you want to create
If you want to start off with Photo Editing, I suggest you google for a few easy/beginner ones

Well there are all kinds of websites that offer Photoshop Tutorials, first off, what is it you want to learn? (Photo Editing, Text or Signatures and such?)
