The biggest issue is it isnt a dedicated server, its a web host/server, your really limited, Goto Source Forge and navigate their open source PHP and see if anything triggers an idea

Just in the next couple days or so. I'll try to get this paper done tommorrow so I can work on it.

Hmmm... wouldn't know where to start. I would naturally want to teach you from the basics all the way up and that would take forever, so how bout this, and I usually dont do this (im not as nice as Nextgen1). I'll code this base first and once Im done me and you can walk through it if you would like. But in the mean time you should atleast look up declaring variables and functions in C++. in other words do a HelloWorld.

I will code you the structure of a menu, since I need to create one anyway for future hacks, but I think you should look up the D3D stuff to understand that when your coding in D3D u have direct access to the video buffer, so you don't really have to worry about topmost or whatever. =/

So I will create the base, and if you want to use it all you have to do is feel in the details like initializing ur D3Ddevice and such.
