  1. I can't recognize you as a customer (not saying you are a liar, i just don't have you on skype i guess you have a diff name there).

    Also bans happen within the 24 hours but we are going to ignore the statistics.
    The MLG pack you claim to have has a 24 hour no questions asked warranty and the normal warranty lasts 1 month. You said that you got banned around 4 weeks after the service. I never received your msg so can't know that but the exact date is needed to know if you still have the normal warranty (which requires you to provide proof of not using hacks or just letting me to check your gta account)
