I was born May 29th, 1917 in Brookline, Massachusetts. I attended Edward Devotion School, Noble and Greenough Lower School, and the Dexter School, through 4th grade. For the 5th and 7th grade I attended Riverdale Country School, and went to Choate Hall for high school. I attended Harvard College and graduated in 1940. I joined the Army, but was discharged due to medical issues. I then joined the Navy and served during WWII. After WWII I went into politics and served as a US Senator and Representative before becoming President of the United States.
