I was looking for a "Titan" related name to change to, but failed to find any other than T!TAN. But other than that the Destiny fanboy within me decided to change to the name Sunslinger with the announcements of the new DLC.

Wish.com is naturally going to be a pretty big business because of the domain name. I know multiple similar businesses - the thing you need to remember is that they're middlemen for very cheap, bad quality suppliers (who normally copy other branded products). The prices are good, but the product may not always be how it appears. As the suppliers are different, the delivery time will always vary as well.
It's safe to order from them, but don't be surprised if you're not happy with the product.
