As long as you can't see it when it opens up, like in the menu or if it opens up a site, it's not advertising. If it's buried in the code where normal users can't see it, it's not advertising. Are there still any ads in it??

Take a picture of it and upload it. I'm not trying to be a dick but ghost said there were ads and your thread said there were. Just take a screenshot of the "advertisement" and i'll determine if it is or not. I don't have CF China and my computer is busted atm so i can't afford to approve a hack that i can't REALLY test.
