Those are optional. If you don't want the character's you grabs' name to be longer than 5 (or whatever you set it to) characters, then tick it, if you don't - leave it.
I suggest you tick level and leave it at 25 - most characters below that level are useless.
It's all optional though!

dw I found the 1.0 version, but I found 123 users, im using the password 12345678, 123456789, 1234567890 but nothing so far

i cant happen to find the username grabber 1.0 can you link me to the download, and does it have a tutorial on how to use it?

It's best not to use username lists you have downloaded, if they've not been uploaded very recently. The accounts have most likely already been cracked.
As for the password lists - there is no such thing. Use a maximum of 6 passwords to be safe - I only ever use 3. What are these three? --> 1234567890, 123456789, 12345678
You will get accounts if you use these passwords and similar.

So what do you do? Look up "Oliboli8769's Username Grabber". The latest version is 1.0. It's an application created by me to grab usernames and it is currently the best available options Once you have gathered usernames, save them as a .txt file somewhere on your computer. Then, in the account cracker, load the .txt file you save from before as the username list. Then put in a few passwords of your choice. Then press start. You should get accounts
