Change the Settings to Pyramid and then 30 for size
and the other thing (bottom thing) 255

Oh I made it myself - You just Get a black background. Draw a large white circle in the middle, and then go Filer> Stylize> Extrude and Set the Settings to whatever you want

At my school, we can get the Full CS4, I just gotta find it, we arent supposed to get it

I use photoshop
Sometimes I start with a base image, sometimes I start from scratch.
Just blur and change colours and they look good.
Add some text in one of the four good spots (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right, and a fifth - center, which sometimes works)
then add some glow

I use CS2!!! Its so nooob
