To make the Scope it's a requirement to have Paint.NET because it support Alpha for Combat Arms to read and Photoshop does have alpha but not a proper one for Combat Arms so basicly it but I got a trick to do it for Photoshop now open Paint.NET where it has the file Save it as PNG then put it into Photoshop now you have a better way to edit when your done save it as PNG then Import it to Paint.NET then Save as TGA Uncompressed Format then import it to Dedit and your basically done tell me if you got it right.
