if serious than.. you must check your computer on viruses (viruses can make your computer very slow in different ways :internet speed, operating system...)... (good viruses are very very hidden, so check your computer with good virus scans like dr. weber, kasperski,malware(anti malware scanner) and others.... Or you must check your internet speed .If the internet speed is low, than ask the internet providers ...and ask about the problem (is somethin..sry for my english )
