Why im not allowed to upload avatar? Why im not alloved to post links? ty =)
1. You're allowed to upload an avatar. You probably just tried to upload an avatar that has a bigger size than the allowed one for your user group - 150x150 and an error showed up.
2. You need to have at least 15 posts to be able to post links, https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=914672.
