If you're having problems with posting direct URL links, or sending private messages it might be due to your post count.
We have some post requirements for certain actions on the forum.

The most common of which are:


  • 15 posts minimum to be able to post direct URL links in any of your posts. This includes images, videos, and making reports.
  • 10 posts minimum to be able to send private messages.*


So if you're having problems with any of the above, that might be the reason why. So make sure you either meet or surpass these requirements before filing a help request. If despite meeting or surpassing these requirements you're still unable to perform these actions, please post your exact problem in this section, and we will help you as soon as possible.


* This can also be blocked via user settings. Some members prefer not to receive private messages from other members, or only receive them from people in their contact list. Which can affect your ability to contact that particular member.
