Sorry if this is a double post but no. Crosshairs just make your shot more accurate. Like what you have when you use your knife the lines that look like a + those are crosshairs.

Everything works..as long as you have a bypass, HS won't be running so you can run one of the most detected hacks and it won't pick it up. Good luck.
