um as far as i know most servers have B3 and b3 gets admins from xuid so if u find admins xuid and change it to urs than yes you can

no its very easy to fix

go to your time>change date and time settings>change time zone> select +8 hong kong>change date to November 12 and lunch the game it should work :)
