You need to use "all weapons pro" then put the gun one one of your classes and get 1 kill with it. Then everything is unlocked.

It hasn't been patched.. You need to be hosting for this to work.

Use no recoil and you can put impact or something as your proficiency. ;)

It seems they patched putting nades/tactical equip on secondaries.. Does anyone know if hollowpoints still works on secondaries? I've being testing it with the deagle but can't really tell the...
