I would guess that you mean with device a hook like endscene and in a hook you already have a loop so if you use while(1) it will be crash because you are trying to make a loop inside from a loop....

The complete string in cshell is: - (NO CLAN) but you can use WeaponReload as well.

Just search for the String NO CLAN there you will find it.
