You could always use the Exalt hacks on 059's website and play on Exalt. However, I know Exalt has issues with D/Cs, so I feel your pain.

No need to spam my friend, the answer to your question is to turn off Exalt mode under Other settings for the time being.

Yeah, definitely something up with the locked players not staying locked. When I zone somewhere else after locking, they become unlocked.

I doubt it, even if 059 found a way to bypass the restriction, the native flash client probably doesn't have the necessary code to even work with playing bard or the assets to access O3.
