Interesting, i guess its different depending on the game because ive been BE banned on Arma 2 probably 20 times with the same IP. this was a while ago though so i guess its changed.

yup doing something shady to your files or game you should know that a ban could be coming anytime.

If its a BattleEye global ban you dont really need anything but a new PUBG account. I dont believe they HWID or IP ban.

Editing files like this almost always gets you a ban on BattleEye supported games. dont try this if you dont wanna risk a ban.

On arma 2 i know a way to dupe with locking your framerate and disconnecting internet, but you are probably asking for standalone and i dont know about that.

I've been instantly banned before (within 10 minutes of joining a battleeye server) and i've also been banned after days or weeks. I think it depends really.
