    I don't know much about how windows internally handles the graphics. I keep seeing dc, device context? display context? I'll have to read up on it soon....

    The Goal
    Basically, take screenshots of a specific app (game?) and 'scan' (ie. analyze) the image for certain things (ie. colors: health bar, ememies, etc).
