If you don't know those questions they ask you on their support page like when you created the account, what IP address is logged on it, birth date, SQ, email, etc... then you are fucked.

Do you get any error? Like extracting errors or something? Turn off your anti-virus and make sure you have admin privileges.

I kinda stopped playing after the whole Abyssea update. I think I'll donate soon since I did use it just out of curiosity. Keep it up though. =]
